Landing a solid job, the dream job, or frankly any job is harder than ever these days. The measure of value employments are few and far between and the opposition is fierce, so to stand out from the crowd people have to be willing to take risks and be creative. On account of that, when promoting authority Lukas Yla went to seek after his own fantasy work, he chose to roll the dice by masking himself as a dispatch and conveying his resume to organizations tucked secretly in donut boxes.
“I was looking for the most direct way to reach decision makers at the companies. I suspected that I may come up short contending just on “resume” level with different hopefuls that have work involvement in San Francisco,” Lukas told the Metro.

Lukas had recently made the big move from Vilnius, Lithuania to San Francisco to start a new career. And he clearly understood the need to separate himself from the rest of the herd, so to speak. But his process was not done without a great deal of preparation and testing, “It might look like a stunt, but it was a precisely crafted campaign, that went through multiple iterations until it started succeeding. Once I launched the campaign, I performed A/B tests on companies of different sizes, different target audiences, and with variations on the copy. I used a special URL to measure the offline outcomes and act on them to maximize ROI of the campaign.”
Just look at those beauties. Who wouldn’t want to take a second look at this candidate?
So the question is how has the response been thus far? “Promising,” in a word. With over 40 CVs handed out in total, he has already landed 10 interviews, and the odds are better than average that somebody will find him to be the perfect fit for their business.
Fingers Crossed for you, Lukas! Good Luck!!
