If babies and puppies have one thing in common, it’s that they love to sleep a lot. Not only that, but they’re both some of the most adorable things to ever be on the planet. At the start of the viral clip, you’ll see the puppy, Callie, sitting on her bum just inches from the sleeping baby. The little boy is three-months-old and has fallen asleep for his nap.
But Callie is starting to get tired too. Since she and the baby had been playing, she’s worn out and ready to nap.

Watch what happens as Callie circles the baby and eventually finds a comfortable spot at the 1:45-mark in the clip.
According to the video description: “Callie(the puppy) is a mutt that was tied to our fence in 2012. It is guessed that she is a pitt/catahoula mix. She is the sweetest dog we have ever had. Our son is about 3 months old in the video(the same age as Callie) and he would roll over to his tummy when he slept. They still play together.”
When Callie gets tried, she snuggles up against the baby boy. She tucks her feet under her torso and then rests her read right on top of the baby’s. Both are so cute and in love with each other.
Although Callie is just as tired as baby, she is not ready to give in to sleep. She hears noises and remains alert because she wants to make sure baby is safe before she checks out for her nap.
