Okay, I’m sure you’ll agree that the real goal of an animal shelter is not to break records in the total number of dogs saved, but to help every dog on earth who needs help. That’s the difference between rescuers and people, people hesitate, rescuers don’t and this is just one amazing story of such brave rescuers and a poor Chihuahua called Amy. Amy that was rescued by Hope for Paws from underneath a narrow deck.
The volunteers called Eldad and Lisa found Amy in pain, covered with blood all over her hind legs under a dirty shipping container. According to people nearby, Amy had been hit by a vehicle and ran underneath the container out of fear and pain. It’s funny how people just hit a dog, right? It’s just a dog, no big deal, right? Wrong. This poor thing was in so much pain and if she was human, she would have sued the vehicle for an amount you can’t even imagine.
