A teen in Florida was caught sexually abusing an 11-year-old boy by the child’s father. After getting a beating from the victim’s father, the teen was arrested. He’s been sentenced to 25 years.
Raymond Frolander, 18, could have faced life in prison but accepted a plea bargain for 25 years. He will be on sex offender probation for the rest of his life, which includes registering as a sex offender and wearing an electronic monitor for the rest of his life.
Frolander pleaded no contest to lewd and lascivious molestation by a person 18 years of age or older against a child under 12 years of age.

“He’s going to learn in the next 25 years why I let him live,” said the victim’s father.

the teen was caught red-handed by the victim’s father, who proceeded to beat him to a pulp on the scene. The dad then called 911 and told police what happened. “He is nice and knocked out on the floor for you,” he told authorities.
No charges have been filed against the victim’s father.
