SHE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN AWAY WITH IT IF NOT FOR THIS SCHOOL BUS CAMERA - NOW SHE'S IN JAIL

A school bus driver was confronted by an angry mom while driving her morning route. The mother attacked the driver as the terrified students watched. She now faces charges.

The incident occurred in Cincinnati on a bus heading for St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy. Mom Keisha Shannon, 28, called her daughter back to her car for something. Shannon had been previously warned about getting her child to the bus late, so driver Deamber Martin shut the bus door and drove away.

Shannon followed the bus to the next stop and parked her car in front of it, blocking the bus from pulling out. Her daughter got on the bus with the other students at the stop and Martin shut the door.

Shannon, irate, pried the doors open and boarded the bus. She began shouting at Martin, “That was just so ignorant. Did you see me coming on the bus though, right? You see me getting my baby on this bus though, right? You see me giving her a hug though, right? And if I punch you in the f–king face, you going to be sorry as hell!”

Shannon then attacked the driver. The driver fought back in self-defense. The elementary school student looked on in horror. Other people came on the bus to intercede but the fight went on for several minutes.

Shannon’s lawyer initially said his client was trying to open the doors for a student to get onto the bus, and that Martin then attacked her. Video footage from the bus proved this story to be a lie and Shannon is currently facing assault charges.

Martin told WLWT-TV she was in defense mode. “I was thinking, ‘Oh crap. The bus is running, the kids are everywhere,’ but my life is in danger, you know, I’m in danger, we’re all in danger.”

Martin suffered several injuries, including a popped blood vessel in one of her eyes, bite marks and bruises. Shannon has pled ‘not guilty’ and is awaiting trial.
