OFFICER NOTICES DRINK IS YELLOW, MCDONALD'S EMPLOYEE FIRED AFTER THEY DISCOVER WHAT'S IN IT

A police officer in Topeka, Kansas went into a McDonald’s for a drink. He got an added ingredient that he didn’t order put into his soda. McDonald’s investigated and discovered the deed was done by an employee.

The incident was posted to the Facebook group, ‘Kansas GOING BLUE.’ A message popped up on the group that said, “a McDonald’s here in Kansas just served a Law Enforcement Officer on duty a Dr. Pepper with Mustard in a drive thru order. This is extremely unacceptable!!”

McDonald’s investigated and discovered one of their employees put the mustard in the officer’s soda. They issued a statement: “Immediately upon learning of this complaint, we began our own internal investigation to gather the facts. We are shocked by the isolated actions of a single employee. This employee no longer works for our organization. We proudly support police officers and all divisions of first responders at our restaurants across northeast Kansas.”

Kansas Highway Patrol reported that two weeks prior to this incident, their troopers also experienced the same thing from the same McDonald’s location. The local District Attorney is opening a criminal investigation into the matter, and the jobless party responsible could be in a lot of hot water.
