PEOPLE ACROSS THE COUNTRY ARE LOSING HAIR AFTER USING THIS POPULAR BRAND'S SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER

The $26 million lawsuit filed against Wen by Chaz Dean is moving forward and a preliminary settlement approval has been granted by the court, according to reliable media sources. This means that around six million people will soon be eligible for a monetary award from $25 up to $20,000. Keep in mind that a US District Court judge must still give final approval for the settlement.

However, this isn’t the end of the problems for Wen hair care. The FDA is currently investigating claims of hair breakage and hair loss from its cleansing conditioners, with at least 127 consumer complaints filed to date against these Wen products.

However, Wen by Chaz Dean and its distributor, Guthy-Renker, continue to claim that their cleansing conditioners are safe for use. See the complete text of Wen’s statement below:

“Wen by Chaz Dean is safe and we continue to provide our hundreds of thousands of customers with the Wen by Chaz Dean products that they know and love. Since the process of litigation is time-consuming and costly, we made a business decision to pursue a settlement and put this behind us so that we can focus on delivering quality products.”
