A routine traffic stop in North Forsyth, Georgia got a whole lot more interesting once there was a suspicion of drugs being involved, and that suspicion turned out to be completely well-warranted. As Forsyth News reports, an area woman was found to be in possession of a whole mess of things – but she did a pretty good job of concealing them.
Police had pulled over 46-year-old Lorrie Dianne Klein for a cracked windshield and her failures to maintain a lane on the highway. Apparently the cops had a drug sniffing dog with them, and the doggie became quite intrigued by Klein’s vehicle. The dog’s intuitions proved to be correct, as she was found to be in possession of 98 grams of meth and 10 grams of marijuana, paraphernalia, and a couple of hundred dollars in cash.
Klein was transporting the drugs in a can of peaches. No word on whether she enjoyed a nice bowl of peaches before getting behind the wheel, or if the can was specifically hollowed out so that she would have a place to put her drugs. She admitted that she intended to sell the drugs and was arrested on numerous charges.
