Young Choir Steps Up To The Mic. Their Creative Routine Has The Internet In Laughter

These choir boys somehow managed to keep a straight face while performing the well-known “Meow” song set to a classical music piece. You can’t help but to crack a grin and let out a chuckle or two while watching them meow their way through the tune!

Officially known as the “Duetto buffo di due gatti” (“humorous duet for two cats”) this piece actually comes from the opera, “Othello.” Although the composer Gioachino Rossini was originally credited with its creation, that was later rebuked. Scholars determined that the “Meow” song was a compilation gathered by Robert Lucas de Pearsall back in 1825!

Despite its silly nature, the tune is known to be a very difficult piece to sing. Lucky for the rest of us, these boys do it to perfection and their loving parents have the camera running the entire time. The boys are not only skilled, but they’re absolutely hilarious!
