Vice President-Elect Mike Pence posted a photo of his family having lunch at a Chili’s restaurant. People viewing the photo quickly pointed out that something just wasn’t right, and rumors quickly began to spread.
The photo of Pence and his wife and daughter sitting in a booth for lunch is a bit creepy. Even though there are three people seated in the booth, the mirror right behind them shows only two people: Pence and his wife.
Conspiracy theorists quickly began to speculate that the image of Pence’s 23-year-old daughter is photoshopped into the picture. Some speculate that the family is not as happy as they try to appear. The photo is suspected of trying to upkeep the illusion that the daughter and father are on good terms.

Others speculated that Pence’s daughter might, in fact, be a vampire. Aside from the fact that she has no reflection, they point out that there’s also no food on the table in front of her. This, people have concluded, is evidence that she doesn’t eat food because she only drinks blood.

Some point out that the reason you can’t see Charlotte’s reflection is because she’s blocked by her father in the picture. But that would be too easy an answer.
Others didn’t really care about Charlotte’s reflection nearly as much as they did about the Pence family restaurant choice. “Such a shame there are no good restaurants in New York and you were forced to eat at Chilis,” tweeted Charles Johnson.
When it comes to politics, the controversies are never-ending.
