Last week I woke up and found someone had parked halfway into the driveway of the restaurant across the street from me. Of course they were pissed because the oblivious person double parked and prevented them from getting their shipments and halted their routine. They ended up putting a note on the person’s windshield telling them about their error.
In Chicago, Dale Tippett Jr. was sick and tired of watching this kind of thing happen every day in his neighborhood. He is angry that drivers continue to block the driveway to the church parking lot in order to go to the Starbucks and refuel their caffeine fix in the morning

So in order to teach these bad drivers an important lesson in manners, he filmed the following video that is going to make you laugh. Check it out below!

The video begins when Tippett Jr. sees a man park his car out into the driveway of the church. He goes back inside his house and comes out with something that you’re not going to expect.
He drags a wooden chair out into the road and sets it down right in front of the man’s SUV. Tippett Jr. proceeds to make himself very comfortable. He even takes out a book to read.
Eventually, the owner of the car comes out of the Starbucks, hot coffee in hand, and sees the man in the chair.
But he doesn’t say anything! The awkward situation gets even more strenuous as the video becomes time lapse as the tension builds and builds.
The driver is so afraid of confrontation, although he was in the wrong the entire time, he just sits there. Eventually, realizing that he is going to be late, “Turkey-dog” as he is affectionately labeled in the video, approaches Tippet Jr. and asks him if he will move.
Tippett Jr. simply replies, “I’ll be just a minute.”
At the end of the video, Tippett Jr. makes it a point to tell Turkey-dog and anyone watching that blocking the church parking lot makes it impossible for handicapped drivers to park. Plus, if there was an emergency, the firetruck and ambulance would not have enough room to access the building. Basically, Turkey-dog’s bad parking put lives at risk.
At the end of the video, Tippett Jr. writes “I know I’m being obnoxious here, but at least I’M getting a chuckle out of it.”
Tippett Jr. also wrote a song that goes along with the video. Millions have watched the funny clip and commented on YouTube:
“I went to get groceries a few weeks ago, and as I was walking towards the store, I saw a man in a car with an accessible parking plate stopped behind the car of a woman who was parked in the accessible parking and waiting for someone. He asked the woman to move her car, and she told him she was waiting for someone and the person inside would only be a few minutes. So he parked his car behind her, got out of his car and into his wheelchair, and started to go inside the store. She said, “Wait, you’re blocking me in!” To which he replied, ‘Oh, it’s okay, I’ll only be a few minutes.’”
