Some of the world’s most amazing sights take a little doing to get to, but they’re typically worth the journey. On the other hand, some of their locations are so remote that it makes traveling to them something that’s relegated to bucket lists. In the meantime, there’s plenty of awesome pics to stoke your enthusiasm – like these amazing ones of this hidden gem that you likely never knew existed.
As shared by Shareably, these pics capture an amazing location in Vietnam known as Son Doong that looks like a veritable paradise. The breathtaking images quickly do it justice, and you’ll see why this spot will be creeping up on a ton of bucket lists. To make this spot even more amazing, you’ll be stunned to learn that it exists completely underground.
To be more specific, it’s located 262 feet beneath the ground. This mini world exists completely inside of a cave, and it spans a full three miles long and 492 feet wide. Those brave enough to access it have to descend down via a rope, but once inside they’re treated to a majestic landscape, complete with its own rivers and lakes.
