Reince Priebus is ridiculing the Hillary Clinton campaign for supporting an election recount in Wisconsin, according to The Hill.
Clinton’s staff explained in a written statement that the Democratic presidential nominee is joining Green Party candidate Jill Stein in petitioning for the recount because she considers it her “obligation” to ensure that an “accurate vote count will be reported.”
Stein raised the required amount of money to file for a recount in Wisconsin, and hopes to have similar success in Michigan and Pennsylvania. Trump barely defeated Clinton in all three states, giving him more than the necessary 270 electoral votes.

Priebus, in a Fox News interview on Sunday, pointed out that the Clinton campaign previously criticized Trump for refusing to say he would accept the election outcome. “It is a total and complete hypocritical joke that the group of people that thought that they were nervous about President-elect Trump not conceding are the people that are conducting recounts in states where we won by over 68,000 votes,” the incoming chief of staff said.

Priebus called the re-examination of Wisconsin’s results “a waste of everybody’s time” that “is only to divide this country when we need to come together and look forward to the future of rebuilding this country and getting us back on track.” He added: “That’s what President Trump is going to do. That’s what we want to do, and this is a total and complete distraction and a fraud.”
