Blisters are incredibly easy to get if you live an even somewhat active lifestyle, but there’s definitely ways to help prevent them.
Not everyone has that opportunity however as there are many people in many countries even without the luxury of shoes, let alone other products. Even still, when/if you finally do get one you’ll need to get it taken care of before it gets worse, and believe me when I say you don’t want it to get worse!
