An unspeakable tragedy has befallen a young couple in Sacramento, as a 26-year-old father of two young girls has lost his life in shocking fashion. As Fox 40 reports, Vadim Kondratyuk Anatoliyevich passed away due to complications caused by a tooth infection.
This wasn’t a situation where he neglected his dental health, but rather a scenario in which he sought the assistance of a dentist but the infection still got out of hand. He visited a dentist that cleaned out the infection and provided him with antibiotics, but the infection lingered and progressively got worse. To make matters worse, he was across the country when all this was going down.
His face became incredibly swollen and he became too weak to get home on his own, so his brother set out to get him. On the way back, they had to stop at a hospital in the state of Utah. The infection had spread to his lungs.

“The doctor said tonight is the night he’s gonna die because we did everything we can and nothing seems to work. It’s just the bacteria and the infection keeps growing to his lungs and they can’t clean it out,” said his wife, Nataliya.

She remarks that he was healthy outside of being a diabetic and that they were still relative newlyweds as they had only been together for four years.
“I don’t think you could find a better husband. I thank everybody for his prayers, for his brother, for his friend that dropped me off over there,” she continued.
The family has started a memorial site entitled to help manage expenses for the cost of transporting his body and the funeral.
“I know he’s in heaven. He’s a happy person right now. He’s gonna be my angel for the rest of my life and he’s gonna help me through this whole time without a dad and without a husband,” Nataliya says.
