Is there anything better than a hot pancake breakfast? Probably not– except it can get a little tedious standing there flipping one or two hotcakes on the griddle. There’s actually another way you can make them all at once, and you won’t believe you never thought of this before.
A new way of making pancakes is making its way around the internet. Instead of frying them in a pan on the stovetop, put your batter into muffin tins and bake them.
Make your favorite batter, be it homemade or boxed mix. Don’t forget to add some special extras, like blueberries or chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the greased muffin tins until they’re 3/4 of the way full. Bake it in a 375-degree oven for about 10 minutes. Flip them and bake them a few minutes more until they’re golden brown on the outside and fully cooked on the inside.

Offer your pancakes with a dipping bowl of warm syrup with butter melted in, and you have the makings of a breakfast feast. You might never look for flat pancakes again!
