A judge in Brisbane, Australia has taken it easy on a 27-year-old woman that claims the charges against her have “ruined my life.” As the Daily Mail reports, Jenna Louise Driscoll has been sentenced to probation for her crimes, which included having sex with her pit bull terrier on at least three occasions.
The woman was being investigated for drug trafficking when videos of the repulsive acts were discovered on her cell phone. She claims to have engaged in the activity at the request of her boyfriend, because it “aroused” him. Driscoll appeared in court recently to face drug-related charges, as well as charges of bestiality.
‘Your conduct in the bestiality offenses was repugnant,” said Judge Terry Martin.

As part of her defense, her lawyers argued that she had already suffered a wealth of public humiliation for her crimes, and provided a laundry list of references to the story – both online and in print.

‘The adverse publicity is a result of your conduct,” the judge tersely replied.
Despite his obvious contempt for her actions, the judge essentially slapped her on the wrist with a sentence of probation.
