A woman from Ghana was enjoying her takeout meal from a local fast food restaurant, but she suddenly lost her appetite when she discovered an unusual piece of meat. As the Daily Mail reports, that piece of meat resembled a human penis.
A woman known only as Akosua had purchased a local delicacy called Tuo Zaafi from a local establishment. She had already finished a good deal of the soup-based meal when she discovered the curious looking piece of meat.

“I had eaten all the other meat in the soup and was about finishing off with the biggest piece when I noticed the funny looking meat which looked like a male genital organ,” she explained.

She quickly snapped some pics for uploading to social media, and discussed the matter with family members, including her brother. Her brother also recommended that she contact the police to report the restaurant.
“He advised a forensic test be done on it but considering the bureaucratic processes these things go through, we gave up and the meat lies in our fridge,” Akosua continued.
